Homework - 

*New* Daily Reading Log / Word Packet (long vowel words) please work on a part of the long vowel words nightly. Also, please continue to read nighty and add the book title to the list. These items were sent home in a large Ziploc bag today. Please return daily! When it comes back, a new small reader will be sent home as long as the previous one comes back to school. Your child can read the small reader sent home and/or other books you have at home.

Daily 5/reading - We're building a rainforest in our class for the next month! Much of our reading and writing will be tied into this theme! The kids have been enjoying the transformation and we are learning all sorts of new things.
