• FFL - forms due Tuesday for the Cousin's lunch on Friday

Homework -

• Keep up the great work with the nightly reading practice. The kids are doing a great job practicing at home and bringing their books back on a regular basis.

Literacy (reading & writing) -

• Guided reading in small groups 
• opinion writing, adding details to our writing 
• word sorts - sight word spelling and word building
• word work - learning about "r controlled words" (ir & ur) 
• exploring nonfiction information texts
