• St. Patrick's Day (Tuesday) students can wear green tops with any bottoms
• Jump-Rope-For-Heart donations continue this week

• Friday Fun Lunch - KFC mac-n-cheese on Friday

Homework -

• Keep up the great work with the nightly reading practice. The kids are doing a great job practicing at home and bringing their books back on a regular basis.

Literacy (reading & writing) -

• Guided reading in small groups / literacy assessments 
• Informative writing project - researching and writing about a holiday (presenting to the class this week)
• word sorts - sight word spelling and word building
• exploring nonfiction information texts
